Using a blanco base, Komos Reposado Rosa Tequila is aged in previously used red wine French oak barrels. Once the tequila has gone through a purification process, mellowed, softened and picked up flavors and colors from the red wine barrels - giving it a pink hue - it is stored and tumbled in amphorae. Mirroring the processes of a red wine, the tequila is then bottled in an opaque bottle, which preserves its color and aroma. Big, round and plush on the palate, the fresh agave flavors are met with vanilla, butterscotch, and a dry dark chocolate note. Blackberries, plums, and dark cherries leap out of the glass. The finish is long, rich, and very smooth, leaving the impression of chocolate covered strawberries behind it. This 15 year old expression from The Glenlivet, was matured in French Limousin Oak casks. Limousin Oak is a popular choice for maturation of Cognac. The nose is rich and oaked. There are notes of chewy resinous wood with a well-balanced acidity. Fudge and Madeira with apple crumble with calvados. The palate is full and rich with winter spice; cinnamon and cloves, thick oak with developing aridity. The finish is long and dry with a peppery note. -

The nose is clean and intense with warm, rich notes of brioche, French toast and roasted almonds. On the palate the wine is very supple and harmonious, with notes of honey and minerals on the long, sustained finish. This whiskey is comprised of 95 percent rye and 5 percent malted barley. The lack of corn means that it cannot be considered a bourbon. Aged for 18 months in used Caribbean rum casks that were first used for cognac, the whiskey is matured for six to seven years in total. It weighs in at a flavorful 100 proof. -
Our impeccable Blanco Tequila is aged for a minimum of 12 months in French oak white wine barrels, then that Añejo Tequila is dripped through a charcoal column to remove impurities. Finally, we gently aerate the tequila in Greek amphora to create a round, perfectly smooth, delicious Añejo Cristalino. The Tequila has a stunning nose of sugared pineapple surrounded by bright agave freshness and lime zest. The mouthfeel is rich, with floral and delicate fruit notes picked up from its time in the French oak.
