Alma Miel is classified as a Joven tequila. The Spanish word “Joven” translates to “young”. Joven tequila is made from a blend of unaged and aged tequilas. Continuing Don Julio González’s legacy of living Por Amor to craft only the exceptional, Tequila Don Julio pays homage to the heart and soul of tequila with the introduction of Tequila Don Julio Alma Miel, a blend of Blanco tequila distilled with oven-roasted agave honey and Añejo tequila which has been aged for at least 14 months and finished in Crémant du Limoux barrels. The result is an extraordinary tequila with slightly sweet notes of agave honey, spiced orchard fruit, creamy caramel, and rich roasted agave creating a lusciously smooth sipping tequila. Best enjoyed in its purest form, neat or on the rocks. -

Bushmills 10yo is a single malt whisky that has matured for 10 years in bourbon seasoned barrels. The nose is lightly fruity and spiced, but when it hits the palates it transforms to melted chocolate and releases a hint of honey with a clean finish. -
Casa Dragones is a joven style tequila from San Miguel de Allende that combines an extra-añejo aged for five years in new charred American white oak barrels with un-aged tequila. The mix is then filtered through a bed of charcoal to remove its color. The 80-proof clear liquid is put in an individually numbered crystal bottle decorated by hand with representations of pepitas (pumpkin seeds) and an agave plant, then sealed. The end result is extraordinarily smooth, with a very sweet, fruity, almost wine-like nose but a bold, pure peppery flavor that finishes cleanly. -

A lower strength bourbon from Wild Turkey, bottled at 81 proof (40.5% abv) and created by the associate distiller Eddie Russell, the son of master distiller Jimmy Russell. This has a high rye content in the mash bill and is aged in casks with a heavy char - the result of which is huge flavour and complexity without the same heat as the 101 proof. -
Patrón Reposado is handcrafted from the finest 100% Weber Blue Agave and is carefully distilled in small batches at Hacienda Patrón distillery in Jalisco, Mexico. It's then aged in a variety of barrels for three to five months.

Decoy is a part of the elaborate workings of Duckhorn Vineyards. Many great labels are coming out of this winery with different winemakers and styles. This merlot was crafted by Bill Nancarrow and is 98% merlot with the addition of 2% cabernet sauvignon. Cherry, plum and spice are on the nose, and soft tannins and ripe fruit can be enjoyed on the palate. The finish offers some vanilla, earth and licorice. Lush and enjoyable! -

In the 1920s the Marchese Mario Incisa della Rocchetta dreamt of creating a ‘thoroughbred’ wine and for him, as for all the aristocracy of the time, the ideal was Bordeaux. A wine made mainly from Cabernet Sauvignon was a fundamental change to the Tuscan and Piedmont tradition of Sangiovese and Nebbiolo, respectively. The innovative decision to plant this variety at Tenuta San Guido was partly due to the similarity Mario Incisa had noted between Tuscan terrain and that of Graves in Bordeaux. -
