A Cristalino is a barrel-aged tequila (Reposado, Añejo or Extra Añejo) which has been carefully filtered for smoothness. As a result, the tequila loses its color but remains incredibly complex. It is inspired by the desire to create a more accessible expression of an aged tequila. Cristalinos offer the character and taste layers of aged tequilas, with the crystal-clear look and mixability of a Blanco. -

This Cabernet Sauvignon is big and lush with huge gobs of fruit in the aroma and flavor. The texture of the wine is soft and supple, typical of Cabernet Sauvignons grown in our area of the Oakville AVA. The sweet vanilla character derived from 22 months in the barrels blends well with the black cherry and blackberry flavors and aromas of the wine. -
It's finally here - the Woodford Reserve Double Oaked Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey. This expression begins life being aged in the same way as the classic Woodford Reserve, but following this, it is further matured in barrels which have been heavily toasted and lightly charred. This imparts an added depth of sweet oaken character to the bourbon, as well as developing the fruit, vanilla and caramel notes. -

A vatted malt (or should we say blended malt) from Johnnie Walker, Jim Murray awarded this 15 year old a whopping 95 points in his 2010 Whisky Bible!. The nose is quite rich and full. There are notes of mocchaccino and espresso coffee, wood smoke and a fireplace, a touch of bitter chocolate and oak. The palate is of medium-body with notes of crisp cereals, coffee beans and chocolate, a date note with a touch of walnut. The finish is quite long and spicy with honeyed sweetness and oak. -
