Glenmoragnie Signet is made with chocolate malt mixed in with barley to create the mash. Notes of sherry, maple, marmalade, and tobacco are all present. Very complex and smooth. -
Toki is a blended whisky from Suntory's three distilleries: Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita. This is a round and sweet blend with a refreshing citrus character and a spicy finish. -
A lower strength bourbon from Wild Turkey, bottled at 81 proof (40.5% abv) and created by the associate distiller Eddie Russell, the son of master distiller Jimmy Russell. This has a high rye content in the mash bill and is aged in casks with a heavy char - the result of which is huge flavour and complexity without the same heat as the 101 proof. -
Patrón Reposado is handcrafted from the finest 100% Weber Blue Agave and is carefully distilled in small batches at Hacienda Patrón distillery in Jalisco, Mexico. It's then aged in a variety of barrels for three to five months.

A complex blend of Copper pot still rums aged for 12 long years, has a characterful nose, showing fruit cake, rum'n'raisin ice cream, cocoa, dried ginger, cinnamon and clove. Develops baked bananas with fudge sauce and chewy toffee notes alongside vanilla oak and a deeper note of syrupy gingerbread, with hints of orange zest. The palate evokes chocolate sauce and the sweet toffee, fudge and tropical fruit flavours from the nose. Flakes of Terry's Dark Chocolate Orange sprinkled over melted vanilla ice cream. Deep, vivid and extremely seductive flavours. -

Decoy is a part of the elaborate workings of Duckhorn Vineyards. Many great labels are coming out of this winery with different winemakers and styles. This merlot was crafted by Bill Nancarrow and is 98% merlot with the addition of 2% cabernet sauvignon. Cherry, plum and spice are on the nose, and soft tannins and ripe fruit can be enjoyed on the palate. The finish offers some vanilla, earth and licorice. Lush and enjoyable! -

In the 1920s the Marchese Mario Incisa della Rocchetta dreamt of creating a ‘thoroughbred’ wine and for him, as for all the aristocracy of the time, the ideal was Bordeaux. A wine made mainly from Cabernet Sauvignon was a fundamental change to the Tuscan and Piedmont tradition of Sangiovese and Nebbiolo, respectively. The innovative decision to plant this variety at Tenuta San Guido was partly due to the similarity Mario Incisa had noted between Tuscan terrain and that of Graves in Bordeaux. -
