The Prisoner crossed a line. He spoke out of turn. He took a stand. His brazen actions bred consequences. But while his chains may hold his weight, his mind wanders unrestrained. For he remains unapologetically bold. It’s the blend that started it all and challenged how wine should be made. Enticing aromas of Bing cherry, dark chocolate, clove, and roasted fig challenge expectation. Persistent flavors of ripe raspberry, boysenberry, pomegranate, and vanilla linger for a smooth finish.

As great whiskey distillers throughout the world from Kentucky to Scotland have long known, it takes sweet water from tough rock to make great whiskey. And, that is what Widow Jane Whiskey is all about. This 10 year whiskey is aged to perfection. It drinks like a 20 year bourbon with its deep cherry notes and light tannic finish.
-
A lower strength bourbon from Wild Turkey, bottled at 81 proof (40.5% abv) and created by the associate distiller Eddie Russell, the son of master distiller Jimmy Russell. This has a high rye content in the mash bill and is aged in casks with a heavy char - the result of which is huge flavour and complexity without the same heat as the 101 proof.
-
Aged 17 years, Wild Turkey Master's Keep is the oldest whiskey ever to be released by Wild Turkey in the United States. Created from "traveling barrels" that Master Distiller Eddie Russell moved between stone and wood warehouses, Master's Keep is the end of a 200 mile long journey for some of these barrels. Eddie Russell was named Co-Master Distiller in January of 2015 after 34 years at Wild Turkey, taking the reins with his father, Jimmy Russell. Together, as the only father and son duo in the industry, Eddie and Jimmy bring 95 years of experience to Wild Turkey. This is planned to be released in August 2015.

It's finally here - the engraved Woodford Reserve Double Oaked Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey. This imparts an added depth of sweet oaken character to the bourbon, as well as developing the fruit, vanilla and caramel notes.
