  • This limited-release Cabernet Sauvignon blends the craftsmanship of California winemaking with the Southern tradition of Bourbon Whiskey aging. Our coastal California vineyards deliver deep flavors of black cherry and blackberry to the wine. The next step is to age the blend in Bourbon Whiskey barrels for at least three months, adding nuances of vanilla, brown sugar and toasty oak.
  • A full-bodied yet supple wine, this Merlot has good structure, with excellent acidity. The majority of the fruit for this wine is from our estate vineyards.

The sweet vanilla character derived from 22 months in the barrels blends well with the black cherry and blackberry flavors and aromas of the wine.
