This sparkling wine is produced by the soft pressing of selected Raboso grapes from the Piave and Trentino Lagrien area. The bright color is peach pink with deli- cate deep red glimmers. It has a delicate perlage and the foam is rich and persistent. The aroma is reminiscent of pink grapefruit, raspberry and blackcurrant with a hint of wild roses. Its taste is intense with adequate acidity, well-balanced and fresh with notes of raspberry. -
A dark cherry colour with good depth. Balsamic aromas with hints of ripe fruit, complex and spicy. The attack is fresh and light, with soft, rounded tannins. The finish proves persistent with some reminders of toasted oak. Its passage through the mouth is pleasant and elegant, fresh and easy to drink. -
Aromas of bright cherries, raspberries and toasty oak burst in the glass. Dark cherry, cocoa and vanilla bean flavors fill the mouth with a rich intensity and finish long. -
Insignia has an inky dark hue and aromas of ripe blackberries, star anise, cigarbox, clove and sweet mochanotes. Richly opulent with velvety texture and supple tannins, this full-bodied offering envelops the palate in luscious, lingeringblack plum and violets along with layers of baking spices. This Cabernet Sauvignon is big and lush with huge gobs of fruit in the aroma and flavor. The texture of the wine is soft and supple, typical of Cabernet Sauvignons grown in our area of the Oakville AVA. The sweet vanilla character derived from 22 months in the barrels blends well with the black cherry and blackberry flavors and aromas of the wine. -
Impressions of raisins and walnuts are married to silky, dried red berry and currant flavors and aromas in this lush, finely structured wine, which shows a velvety, mellow texture supported by fresh, clean acidic notes. -
