This Artemis Cabernet Sauvignon offers inviting aromas of blackcherry and plum with hints of vanilla. On the palate, the wine has asoft entry with ripe mixed berry and plum flavors. The wine has a medium-bodied mouthfeel with round, satin-like tannins. -
Cabernet has always been a mainstay in the winemaking program at Stags’ Leap Winery. Our Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is a combination of estate fruit and grapes from select Napa Valley growers. Much of the estate vineyard is planted to Cabernet Sauvignon where deep, well-drained, loamy volcanic soils make this a perfect place to grow Cabernet. The fruit for this wine was hand-picked in small bins and each lot was fermented separately in a combination of open and closed top fermenters to maximize concentration and extraction in the finished wine. The wine was aged in 100 percent French oak barrels (50 percent new) for 24 months, and the final blend was assembled one year into the aging process to give the wine a chance to marry before bottling. -

Deeply colored, the Napa Valley Petite Sirah is a classic example of the full-bodied, rich varietal. Generous in flavor, with blackberry, black cherry, mulberry and subtle hints of rose tea, vanilla, graphite, clove spice and sweet tobacco, this wine exhibits the full spectrum of Petite Sirah’s signature characteristics. The beautiful flavors remain fresh throughout, the tannins are dense, but unbelievably soft, and the finish is luxuriously long. -

DARK CHERRY, BLACKBERRY, AND PLUM ENRICH THE PALATE, PROVIDING EXCELLENT STRUCTURE AND GENEROUS TANNINS. THE BOURBON INFLUENCES ADD NOTES OF VANILLA, CARAMEL, AND SPICE THAT LEAD INTO A LONG, SMOOTH FINISH. -

Sparkling Rosé Wine. The rosé had a pale pink color color in the glass with bubbles that were a little finer than the white version. It smelled a bit like strawberries, and had more fruity, berry flavors than the other bottle. It's still sweet, though. -
Yellow Tail Cabernet Sauvignon is a bright red colour with a fragrant nose of primary red fruits and blackcurrants. Aromas of crushed blackberries with sweet mocha also fill the nose. Brimming with rich blackcurrant fruit and sour cherry flavours, the wine is mid-weight and displays a soft velvety finish. -
Chardonnay has a distinctive nose that leaps from the glass and displays a lovely tropical fruit aroma. The wine is silky smooth and easy to drink, with a rich, creamy finish. [yellow tail] Chardonnay is perfect for pairing with good friends and your favorite chicken or pasta. -
Yellow tail Cabernet Merlot combines the blackberry and chocolate characters of the Cabernet Sauvignon with the ripe red fruit flavours of Merlot, creating a quintessential Australian blend of sweetness and spice. -
Moscato is simply delicious, there is nothing like that light, perky fizz and natural raciness to make things feel good. Freshness is key and this Moscato has it in spades. Crushed green grapes, hints of peach and a little lift of tropical fruits to round out the soft palate but the real hero is the delicate 'frizzante' bubbles. -
The Pinot Grigio displays lovely aromas of passionfruit and lime, with upfront fruit and a crisp, clean and refreshing palate of apples, pears and passionfruit. -
