  • Deep vibrant vanilla notes with hints of citrus, caramalised brown sugar and cinnamon. Baked apple and ripe summer fruits and balanced with the rich oaky aromas. Beautifully rich and sweet with layers of creamy toffee, woody spices, candied orange peel and fresh toasted oak.
  • The richly layered Glenfiddich 15 Year Old single malt Scotch whisky is matured in three types of oak cask: sherry, bourbon and new oak, before being married in our unique, handcrafted Solera vat. The Solera vat is never emptied but is always kept at least half full. Here, flavours are harmoniously married, creating a whisky of character and intense complexity.

Through marrying in wooden tuns (vast vats), the rich, mellow flavours to come together, creating an exceptionally smooth single malt Scotch whisky with notes of spiced apple and robust oak. Each batch is of a unique and of exceptional quality.

  • This 15 year old expression from The Glenlivet, was matured in French Limousin Oak casks. Limousin Oak is a popular choice for maturation of Cognac. The nose is rich and oaked. There are notes of chewy resinous wood with a well-balanced acidity. Fudge and Madeira with apple crumble with calvados. The palate is full and rich with winter spice; cinnamon and cloves, thick oak with developing aridity. The finish is long and dry with a peppery note.
