  • Please note that we only engrave back of this bottle Produced in small batches, Glenfiddich 18 Year Old combines a touch of sweetness from the Spanish Oloroso wood, with oakiness drawn from the traditional American casks. Through marrying in wooden tuns (vast vats), the rich, mellow flavours to come together, creating an exceptionally smooth single malt Scotch whisky with notes of spiced apple and robust oak. Each batch is of a unique and of exceptional quality.
  • Made from a mash of malted and unmalted barley and then triple distilled in copper pot stills, Redbreast 15 is comprised exclusively of Pot Still whiskeys matured in the finest oak casks for no less than 15 years.

  • Lagavulin 16 Year Old is a distinctive, bold and peaty Islay malt. The palate is full-bodied and smooth, with intense peat smoke, a touch of brine, and warm sweetness.
  • Lagavulin 11 Year Old
  • This western highland malt is said to have been originally founded in 1794. Oban is a true classic with an amber color, an assertive, round nose and a rich smooth, slightly viscous body. On the palate, it is dry with malty and fruity undertones. It has a wonderful smooth and aromatic finish.
  • The Glenlivet 14 Year Old Cognac Cask Selection
  • This 15 year old expression from The Glenlivet, was matured in French Limousin Oak casks. Limousin Oak is a popular choice for maturation of Cognac. The nose is rich and oaked. There are notes of chewy resinous wood with a well-balanced acidity. Fudge and Madeira with apple crumble with calvados. The palate is full and rich with winter spice; cinnamon and cloves, thick oak with developing aridity. The finish is long and dry with a peppery note.
  • The classic Balvenie character, fruity, floral and honey notes plus subtle overtones of toasted oats, vanilla with a spicy oakiness. Rich and malty mouth feel with hints of toffee, marmalade, honey and oak tannins. Enclosed with a spicy, vanilla sweetness.
  • Lagavulin 8 Year Old
  • The richly layered Glenfiddich 15 Year Old single malt Scotch whisky is matured in three types of oak cask: sherry, bourbon and new oak, before being married in our unique, handcrafted Solera vat. The Solera vat is never emptied but is always kept at least half full. Here, flavours are harmoniously married, creating a whisky of character and intense complexity.

  • A vatted malt (or should we say blended malt) from Johnnie Walker, Jim Murray awarded this 15 year old a whopping 95 points in his 2010 Whisky Bible!. The nose is quite rich and full. There are notes of mocchaccino and espresso coffee, wood smoke and a fireplace, a touch of bitter chocolate and oak. The palate is of medium-body with notes of crisp cereals, coffee beans and chocolate, a date note with a touch of walnut. The finish is quite long and spicy with honeyed sweetness and oak.
  • A new addition to the Dewar's line. Winner of the "Best Blend Award" at the World Whiskies Awards 2007. This Scotch is a sweet and mellow Whisky with notes of butterscotch and almonds. Aged 18 Yrs.
