    Cognac is a variety of distilled brandy (alcoholic beverage) named after the town of Cognac in France. It is produced in the wine-growing region surrounding the town from which it takes its name. Guardian of a know-how for six generations, the Vallet family makes their cognacs using traditional methods, passed down from father to son. The soil quality, distillation with lees, aging in Limousin oak barrels, storage time, and the work of the cellar master are all assets which allows Cognac Pierre Vallet, today, to offer a cognac that is elegant, fine, and rich in aromas.

Bacardi Añejo Rum, is blended to achieve characteristic Bacardi smoothness. Dark brown rum distilled from fermented molasses. Añejo is certainly one of the favorites of the Bacardi Rum brand. The aged flavor of the blend comes through even though this is fairly light rum. Caramel coloring isn’t overpowering but present in this balanced, aged rum.
