I ordered an etched bottle of wine for my sister’s 30th birthday and the finished product exceeded my expectations! The staff at EMW were quick, professional and a pleasure to deal with. I had an awesome experience with this company. Once I submitted my order,  Dmitry emailed me right away to get started on my engraving. He was very attentive and responsive, and most of all patient. I wanted this engraving to be perfect and he was with me every step of the way, offering his two sense and sending me different drafts. The delivery was quick and simple! I was worried it wouldnt get here in time, but they were really fast and efficient. The bottle got here early and looks amazing! Better than I expected if I'm being honest, and I will definitely use this company again the future. Highly recommend this company! We needed this as a gift quickly, less than a week. I wasn’t sure it would make it to me on time, so before I ordered I used the chat. Communication was quick and he assured me that it would get to me on time. I had picked out a a customized congratulations and was sent the proof within minutes of completing my order. It wasn’t quite what we wanted and asked for it to be changed to something totally different. Shortly after I was sent the new proof and was exactly what we wanted. Ordered it on Friday evening and got to me Tuesday even with the holiday and on Monday. The customer service was top notch and the quality of the engraving was perfect.
