This has a high rye content in the mash bill and is aged in casks with a heavy char - the result of which is huge flavour and complexity without the same heat as the 101 proof. -

This expression begins life being aged in the same way as the classic Woodford Reserve, but following this, it is further matured in barrels which have been heavily toasted and lightly charred. Sparkling Rosé Wine. The rosé had a pale pink color color in the glass with bubbles that were a little finer than the white version. It smelled a bit like strawberries, and had more fruity, berry flavors than the other bottle. It's still sweet, though. -
Yellow Tail Cabernet Sauvignon is a bright red colour with a fragrant nose of primary red fruits and blackcurrants. Aromas of crushed blackberries with sweet mocha also fill the nose. Brimming with rich blackcurrant fruit and sour cherry flavours, the wine is mid-weight and displays a soft velvety finish. -

Moscato is simply delicious, there is nothing like that light, perky fizz and natural raciness to make things feel good. Freshness is key and this Moscato has it in spades. Crushed green grapes, hints of peach and a little lift of tropical fruits to round out the soft palate but the real hero is the delicate 'frizzante' bubbles. -
