Yellow tail Cabernet Merlot combines the blackberry and chocolate characters of the Cabernet Sauvignon with the ripe red fruit flavours of Merlot, creating a quintessential Australian blend of sweetness and spice. -
Chardonnay has a distinctive nose that leaps from the glass and displays a lovely tropical fruit aroma. The wine is silky smooth and easy to drink, with a rich, creamy finish. [yellow tail] Chardonnay is perfect for pairing with good friends and your favorite chicken or pasta. -
Yellow Tail Cabernet Sauvignon is a bright red colour with a fragrant nose of primary red fruits and blackcurrants. Aromas of crushed blackberries with sweet mocha also fill the nose. Brimming with rich blackcurrant fruit and sour cherry flavours, the wine is mid-weight and displays a soft velvety finish. -
Sparkling Rosé Wine. The rosé had a pale pink color color in the glass with bubbles that were a little finer than the white version. It smelled a bit like strawberries, and had more fruity, berry flavors than the other bottle. It's still sweet, though. -

This is a delicious Guyana rum from Banks DIH, made by ageing spirit in bourbon casks for at least a decade. The rum is then finished in sherry casks for six months before bottling. -

This expression begins life being aged in the same way as the classic Woodford Reserve, but following this, it is further matured in barrels which have been heavily toasted and lightly charred. This imparts an added depth of sweet oaken character to the bourbon, as well as developing the fruit, vanilla and caramel notes.
