A lower strength bourbon from Wild Turkey, bottled at 81 proof (40.5% abv) and created by the associate distiller Eddie Russell, the son of master distiller Jimmy Russell. This has a high rye content in the mash bill and is aged in casks with a heavy char - the result of which is huge flavour and complexity without the same heat as the 101 proof. -

This expression begins life being aged in the same way as the classic Woodford Reserve, but following this, it is further matured in barrels which have been heavily toasted and lightly charred. This is a delicious Guyana rum from Banks DIH, made by ageing spirit in bourbon casks for at least a decade. The rum is then finished in sherry casks for six months before bottling. -

VXO is an excellent 7yo Golden Demerara rum from Guyana, bottled by Banks DIH. We were very impressed with this when we first tasted it at Rumfest, and we still love it - probably the best value rum of its kind. -

Sparkling Rosé Wine. The rosé had a pale pink color color in the glass with bubbles that were a little finer than the white version. It smelled a bit like strawberries, and had more fruity, berry flavors than the other bottle. It's still sweet, though. -
Yellow Tail Cabernet Sauvignon is a bright red colour with a fragrant nose of primary red fruits and blackcurrants. Aromas of crushed blackberries with sweet mocha also fill the nose. Brimming with rich blackcurrant fruit and sour cherry flavours, the wine is mid-weight and displays a soft velvety finish. -
Chardonnay has a distinctive nose that leaps from the glass and displays a lovely tropical fruit aroma. The wine is silky smooth and easy to drink, with a rich, creamy finish. [yellow tail] Chardonnay is perfect for pairing with good friends and your favorite chicken or pasta. -
Yellow tail Cabernet Merlot combines the blackberry and chocolate characters of the Cabernet Sauvignon with the ripe red fruit flavours of Merlot, creating a quintessential Australian blend of sweetness and spice. -
Moscato is simply delicious, there is nothing like that light, perky fizz and natural raciness to make things feel good. Freshness is key and this Moscato has it in spades. Crushed green grapes, hints of peach and a little lift of tropical fruits to round out the soft palate but the real hero is the delicate 'frizzante' bubbles. -
The Pinot Grigio displays lovely aromas of passionfruit and lime, with upfront fruit and a crisp, clean and refreshing palate of apples, pears and passionfruit. -
This [yellow tail] Pinot Noir is everything a great wine should be - bright, juicy and easy to drink. Flavours: cherries, red berries and sweet spice. In the small Australian town of Yenda, the Casella family has been making wine for generations. -
