It’s embarrassing
I am sorry but that is how you submitted the order, and we send proofs for this exact reason. It is not our job to check a customer’s job for spelling or grammar errors. What if they are engraving in a language we don’t speak?
You purchased a bottle with engraving and that is what we delivered. And based on your photos, I’d say we did a fine job. We should be reviewed on the merit of our work, and not be penalized for grammatical or spelling errors that we did not cause.
